Compliance Testing GLI provides many services as an independent testing laboratory to an ever-growing list of regulators, suppliers, and operators. Our expert testing teams evaluate system software and hardware to ALL applicable rules and regulations for over 710 jurisdictions to ensure compliance and proper operation.
Quality Assurance / QA Testing Quality testing is just that, it tests the quality of the product, unrelated to any regulations or market requirements. During QA testing, GLI works with clients to outline a scope of testing based on the functional/design specifications as well as business use cases for the system. This testing provides our clients peace of mind that the intended end-users of their system are going to receive the quality experience they expect.
Interoperability/Integration Testing GLI performs Interoperability/Integration testing daily on all types of systems to ensure that everything on the gaming floor, from gaming devices to systems, functions properly with each other when connected. This type of testing can be completed for many reasons, but typically done to provide a level of comfort in knowing that there will be no surprises once deployed on a live gaming floor.
API Gateway Testing Many system providers have developed Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to handle communication to and from their products. These APIs specify the rules that must be followed to interact with any given system or solution. They also outline the features available for use and can limit who they are available to. Utilizing multiple tools, GLI validates the implementation of these APIs, as well as connections to and from these APIs, to ensure they are functioning as intended.
