GLI’s Field Inspections Manager Juan Pinedo will moderate the session, and Technical Group Manager Alan Drozd will explain the system and perform the live demonstration. Drozd has 11 years of experience in the gaming industry as well as significant experience developing and using the GLI Issue Tracking System.
