Extended health insurance coverage is currently 100% employer paid and available at no cost to employees. Eligibility begins on the 1st of the month after 90 days of active employment.

- RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan)
GLI matches 50% of employees’ RRSP elective deferral, up to 5% of their annual salary. Eligibility to contribute begins after 90 days of active employment.
- 15 days of vacation, increasing to 20 days of vacation after 5 years of service with the Company
