GLI provides all group insurance at no cost to employees. Eligibility for these benefits begins on the 1st of the month after 30 days of active employment except Short-Term Disability which begins after 6 months of employment.

Financial Benefits—eligible 1st of month following 30 days of employment 3x annual salary up to a maximum of $300,000 in:

  • Life Insurance
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)

  • Short-Term Disability Insurance

GLI matches 50% of your 401(k) elective deferral, not to exceed 5% of your compensation. Eligibility for 401(k) begins immediately.
